CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 months subject to successful trial order
Quantity: Trial Order 2,000 Mt
After successful trial shipment, Buyer may proceed with monthly shipments of 5,000 Mt for 12 months.
Total annual contract value: 60,000 Mt + 2,000 Mt
Price: US$ 2,650 Pmt
Contract duration: 12 months
Packing: Bulk
Payment Terms: Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT700) 100% at sight, issued by a Top 50 International Bank acceptable to Seller.
Inspection: SGS or Intertek inspection at loading port.
Incoterms: CIF main Central Ports China (Incoterms® 2020)

Buyer issues LOI/ICPO or RWA with banking coordinates.
Seller issues Draft SPA.
Buyer signs and returns Draft Contract.
Seller issues Final Contract signed & sealed.
Buyer’s bank issues Non-Operative DLC MT700 (100%) within 48 hours.
Seller issues 2% Performance Bond, LC becomes operative.
Shipment begins as per contract schedule with SGS/Intertek inspection.
