ARDLC (MT 700): From TOP 50 bank, Auto Revolving, Cash-Backed, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Transferable and Unrestricted, Operative at sight at loading port via MT 700 given as guarantee only and valid for 12 months. For each month delivery, within 3 banking days, buyer pays by MT103/TT against shipping document as per contract.

Procedures:
- Buyer issues LOI;
- Seller Mandate issues official SCO;
- Buyer accepts SCO by signing it and returning with ICPO + NCND / IMFPA + BCL or RWA;
- Seller issues FCO to be signed and returned by buyer;
- Seller issues the draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Buyer returns it signed and sealed within 72 hours;
- Seller signs the SPA and sends it back along with Proforma Invoice;
- Buyer returns the signed and sealed Proforma Invoice;
- After been manually signed by both buyer and seller, Proforma will be sent for Electronic signatures and digital transactions deemed as original value substituting the original paper;
- Within 3 business days financial payment instruments are prepared and sent to seller’s bank.
- Seller receives and confirms banking procedures.
- Delivery starts.
