PERFORMANCE BOND: Two (2%) percent for guarantee bank MT 700 ( DLC) Bank top 25.

INSPECTION:                     Quality, quantity, Weight by SGS or Equivalent at the Seller’s cost at the loading port.

INSURANCE:                      Cargo Insurance 110% from Lloyd’s Register

 

PAYMENT TERMS: :       

1)            100% DLC AT SIGHT, IRREVOCABLE, TRANFERABLE, AUTO—REVOLVING, ISSUED OR CONFIRMED BY THE SELLER BANK APPROVAL (SWIFT MESSAGE MT700). EACH SHIPPING WILL BE PAID THROUGH MT103 AGAINST THE PRESENTATION OF THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION.

2)            100% SBLC AT SIGHT, IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, AUTO—REVOLVING, ISSUED OR CONFIRMED BY THE SELLER BANK APPROVAL (SWIFT MESSAGE MT700). EACH SHIPPING WILL BE PAID THROUGH MT103 AGAINST THE PRESENTATION OF THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION.

SALES PROCEDURE

 

 

1. Seller issues SCO Soft Corporate
2. Buyer issues LOI/RWA with full banking coordinates.
3. Seller issues Draft Contract.
4. Buyer signs the Draft Contract and sends it back to the Seller.
5. Seller issues the final Contract to the Buyer.
6. 5. Buyer’s bank issues and sends by swift the non-operative SBLC or DLC 100% at sight to the Seller’s bank within 48 hours.
7. Seller posts Performance Bond (PB) for the value of 2 % and document becomes operative.
8. Shipment begins. Buyer can perform a physical inspection together with SGS at the time of loading of product.
