- PROCEDURES:–
- a) End buyer submit the ICPO incorporating the above terms
- b) Seller issues the Draft Sale and Purchase Contract
- c) Buyer signs, seals (electronically) and returns it to the seller
- d) Seller signs the contract, immediately return to the Buyer (the digital contracts remain effective & legally binding until hard copies are exchanged.
- e) Buyer issued operative DLC in favor of the Seller.
- g) Shipping and delivery to the port of destination will be finalized within 4 to 5 weeks
