Procedures: Contract Procedures
1) Seller sends SCO. 2) Buyer issues ICPO 3) Seller issues FCO for Buyer´s review 4) Buyer accepts FCO, confirms by signing and sealing the FCO. Buyer issues RWA or BCL or MT799. 5) Seller provides Draft Contract for evaluation. 6) Buyer and Seller sign Contract. 7) Seller and Buyer’s agents sign IMFPA 8) Buyer has 5 (five) banking days after signing the Contract to issue and confirm the LC Guarantee as outlined in the Contract to send to Seller´s bank via swift MT760 with copy to Seller. 9) Seller issues 2% of Performance Bond 10) Shipments commence as per Contract 11) The Contract commences.

- Weight for test : 54LB per bu (bu Bushel)
2. Protein content: Protein shall not be less than 35%
3. Moisture content : Moisture less than 13.5%
4. Impurity content : Impurity less than 2%
5. Oil content : Oil content not less than 18.5%
6. Broken Kernels : less than 20% ( international incl Brazil grade 2 )
7. Damaged kernels : Total amount of not more than 3% the heat loss was less
than 0.5%
8. Discolored beans : less than 2%
9. Crop year: product of 2017-2018 crop , grade 2
Chemicals And Insects Poisonous: Phytosanitary Certificate Seed/Husks: Of No Radiation, No Virus, Insect Parts, No Poisonous Matter And Non Genetic And Is Suitable For Human Consumption.
