Delivery Schedule: starting from May 2019 , revolving for 12 months.

Target Price Per MT  :  US$  2,300  PMt  CIF China unloading port.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Type of Payment:  DLC, Irrevocable, Transferable or NOT Transferable, Revolving issued by TOP 50 Bank.

PROCEDURES:

 

  1. Buyer’s agent issue Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with POF
  2. Seller issue Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for Buyer's review.
  3. Buyer accepts FCO, confirmed by signing and sealing on the FCO.
  4. Seller provides Draft Contract for evaluation.
  5. Buyer and Seller sign Contract.
  6. Buyer's and Seller's Banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DLC.
  7. Seller’s bank issues operative 2% PB, after confirmation DLC account seller.
  8. Shipment commence as per contract.
  9. The Parties to the contract enter into this cycle and shall proceed with the execution of mutually agreed schedule to its full implementation.
